SAMPLE MENU: DAY 1

This is a SUGGESTED menu, not mandatory… but it’s a great example of what you can eat and the types of meals that you can put together for the “fast”.

BREAKFAST

Oat groats or Irish Oatmeal with unsweetened applesauce
Orange or grapes
protein shake

LUNCH

Big salad
romaine lettuce or spring mix
avocado slices
lentils
apple slices
top with :
lemon juice
tofu
olive oil
little sea salt (1/3 teaspoon) or Ms. Dash or Onion Magic, etc.

DINNER

Salad
Raw Broccoli / sesame seeds / chopped onion greens / chopped fresh tomatoes/ lemon juice
1/8 teaspooon cayenne pepper (optional)

sauteed tempeh / onions/ tomatoes/ garlic / fresh ginger root)

Remember to drink plenty of water.
